Soaring Games Uploader is software operated by Soaring Games LLC ("we", "us") to publish our own short-form videos to our own social accounts, including TikTok. These terms govern the use of that software.
The software is operated solely by Soaring Games LLC and connects only to accounts owned by Soaring Games LLC. It is not offered to the public, sold, or licensed to anyone else, and it has no user accounts or sign-ups.
Every video published through this software is created by Soaring Games LLC and remains our property. We are responsible for what we publish, and we publish only content we have the rights to. We do not upload content belonging to anyone else.
Use of this software is subject to the terms of the platforms it posts to, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Where those terms and these ones differ, the platform's terms govern that platform.
The software acts only with an access token granted by the account owner. That access can be revoked at any time from the platform's account settings, and revoking it stops the software immediately and permanently.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that a post will succeed, that a platform will accept it, or that the service will be available at any given time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soaring Games LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this software.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
If these terms change, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date.
